Villa 1

The nearest beach is about 4 minutes away by car and approximately 20 minutes on foot.

Just a short drive from Chorafakia, the Kounoupidiana area offers a charming blend of local culture and modern conveniences. Here, you’ll find the renowned Koukouvaya Cafe, a perfect spot to unwind with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
